The odds in this situation are definitely against you being thrilled with the taste of your water if you purchase a filter, because your tap water is "heavier" in Tds and Hardness than your bottled water is. Therefore you won't be constantly commenting: "WOW this water tastes so good -I'm so glad we bought our new purifier --bottled water can't touch this!" I would rather these comments be said to your friends and neighbors instead of impassive ones.
